Chicago Home Inspect LLC communicates with customers by text message for service-related purposes only.
Business line. Our business number, (872) 275-4474, is used for two-way text conversations. We text from this number only to reply to people who text us first, and those replies are written by our staff, not automated. We never send unsolicited texts from this number.
Automated service texts. Automated service texts are sent from our toll-free number, (833) 861-0640. These go to clients about their booked inspection and to callers whose call we missed, and may include missed-call replies, inspection scheduling and confirmations, appointment reminders, “on my way” notifications, inspection report delivery notices, radon test result notifications, and review requests.
Message frequency varies based on service activity. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
